We are out-of-towners who were faced with selling a condominium that was part of an inherited estate. It would have been impossible for us to do on our own since we live over 1000 miles away from the property. Jim took over all aspects of the sale, including selling the furniture for us, and he did so graciously and expertly. You would have thought that he was selling his own property based on the time and effort he put in. He was there for all inspections and he even took it upon himself to repair, or hire someone to make sure the house passed inspection. He found a buyer who gave us our asking price within a week of listing the property. We can't thank him or recommend him enough. This was a very difficult time for us and Jim took all the pressure off. Although we met Jim for the first time when we listed the house, he treated us and made us feel as though we had been best friends for years. There is no doubt that if we ever need a Realtor in the Stuart area again, Jim Hatch would be the first, and only call we would make.
